The geographic origin of the seed produced by Cáceres Florestal is Tenasserim, in Myanmar (former Burma), famous and valued for the quality of its trees and the golden sheen of its light yellow heartwood. Production is inspected and certified by the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture.
The Seed Producing Area (SPS) category seeds are harvested from among the best stands in specially selected areas of the company’s plantations, so as to offer significant genetic potential gain, mainly in terms of quality.
